Buying your First Home!!!

Congratulations on this important exciting and scary decision.  I am here to help.  I have learned over the years your finances family structure and goals will have a strong role in the home you ultimately buy.  

Finances:

Get them ready to qualify.  One of the biggest sort of true mithes I have heard is buying a car helps your credit.  Yes and no.  If you pay it off before the term it drops your credit.  If you pay on time it helps your credit.  Your monthly payment will take away from how much house you can afford.  Same with Credit cards.  NEVER owe more than 30%.  Do Not have a bunch with Zero balances if your are going to cancel any cards cancel the new ones.

Your Credit score very important.  I have learned many ways to help yu improve your credit, Call me.  Save, Save Save! For a down paymnet Take coffee to work in your stanley knock off mug.  Eating out is fun and cheaper than door dash

Loan:

To loan or not loan.  Cash is King if you got it call me.  But if you don't, Call me.  I work with excellent lenders. Even spanish speakers. Its always a good idea to try with your bank in which your savings are located.  Be patient all the banks require the same papers.  Once you get all your paperwork together you can apply with other banks for the best terms in loans.  You have 2 weeks in which only 1 credit run will affect your credit.  When I get your pre-approval letter the real fun begins.

Home Shopping:

Yay!
