Easiest, fastest and best way to sell your home is Vacant. COVID changed how people enter other people’s homes. Most buyers prefer empty homes so they can imagine their own furniture in the home. Staged home creates a neutral and clean setting.
However, the reality is that it’s not always possible. Getting your home ready:
1. Call me! Do not skip this step. Let’s do a walk through so we may address the following points.
2. Declutter: If you haven't used it in 2 yrs. Get rid of it. Have a garage sale, post it for free on Facebook or donate it.
3. Deep Clean: I recommend hiring a company. To do a DEEP clean. I mean baseboard, move some furniture, grout, windowsill etc. Over the years pets, life, and kids cause orders and stains that potential buyers can pick up on.
4. Landscaping if needed.
5. Clear the front, curb appeal is the 1st impression your home will make on the buyers.
